A great Martial Artist in all senses. Taking the Traditional Karate and adding in modern self defence techniques. When you get a grading here, you know its because you deserve it and its not because you paid for it.

One of the things I’m most proud of is when already well established martial artists come to my classes to see if there is anything that would be of value to them, I’m even more honoured when they continue to train with me whilst they already have successful classes of their own. Andy Rheeston is one of those few highly skilled martial artists who constantly looks to improve and build on his already impressive skills. As one of only a handful of black belts under myself and Alan Peasland I cannot recommend him highly enough to study under, in Karate, Jeet Kune Do or Kali, I believe him to be one of the best out there today. Andy is one of the new generation of instructors coming through that reaffirms my faith in the future of the arts in the UK today. Seek him out, it’ll be the best decision you’ll make!

Andrew Rheeston is a great instructor. He has a solid background in traditional karate, he understands how this art was meant to be practised in the past, and he understands how to ensure cutting edge relevance in the modern world. Andrew refuses to rest on his laurels and is always seeking to further his martial arts. As a result, students of Andrew’s get broad, enjoyable, effective and informative instruction; delivered in an enthusiastic and inspiring way. He is highly recommended.
